The process begins with raw chemical storage, where polyol and isocyanate are stored in drums or IBC containers. Afterward, these raw materials are transferred to the machine using a filling pump to ensure continuous and reliable supply to fuel the foaming process.
In the metering process, the chemicals are transferred to individual tanks in the metering machine. Gear metering pumps draw the right volume of raw materials into the mixing chamber to improve the foaming performance.
During the mixing and pouring stage, a high-speed rotary turbine ensures that the components are mixed thoroughly and uniformly. When the materials are mixed, they are poured into pre-foaming molds.
