How It Works:
LB systems do the same job every time they need to produce high-quality output.
LB Systems begins by storing polyol and isocyanate until needed. Each set of isolated chemicals is transferred to the machines by filling pumps, which keep each set ahead of the others.
While in the metering stage of filling pumps, each chemical is set to fill the chamber in the pumps, but is metered in by a gear TV. This way, isometric filling can occur on the polyol and isocyanate during the foaming process.
During the pouring stage of the mixing and pouring step, a pour is performed after the components are mixed at high speed in the rotary turbines. The uniform and high quality mixture is done in time for the foaming step of the materials.
LB systems can fill a variety of products for foam applications in turrets, since there are often 2 polyol and 1 isocyanate tanks. Offering multiple chemical systems within a single system.
