Advanced Three-Component Polyurethane Elastomer Casting Machine
This machine has been engineered to manufacture Polyurethane Elastomers. Because of the advancement of technology and the utilization of precise controlled variables and chemical reactions, the machine has the capability to produce high-quality and consistent results, which is ideal for fields requiring high performance and flexible elastomer materials.
How It Works:
Raw materials are stored in day tanks, heated, and vacuum degassed in prep for the entire operation. From the day tanks, the materials are transported via gear metering pumps through heated (electrically) hoses to a mixing head which is equipped with a high speed mixing turbine/ impeller that combines the materials. From there, the mixture is poured into a mold to finalize the elastomer.
This liquid is a low-pressure dosing machine, but it is also engineered to handle high-temperature chemical systems since it regularly operates at around 150°C. Because of this, it is sometimes informally referred to as a high-temperature machine.
