The Mini Polyurethane Elastomer Casting Machine is a compact, efficient solution for producing high-quality polyurethane elastomer and epoxy resin products. It is ideal for small-scale production, offering precision and versatility across a wide range of applications.
How It Works:
Raw materials are stored in day tanks, heated, and vacuum degassed in prep for the entire operation. From the day tanks, the materials are transported via gear metering pumps through heated (electrically) hoses to a mixing head which is equipped with a high speed mixing turbine/ impeller that combines the materials. From there, the mixture is poured into a mold to finalize the elastomer.
This liquid is a low-pressure dosing machine, but it is also engineered to handle high-temperature chemical systems since it regularly operates at around 150°C. Because of this, it is sometimes informally referred to as a high-temperature machine.
