Advanced Automobile Foaming Production Line for High-Quality Polyurethane Components
HAL Ground Rail Oval Type Polyurethane Foaming Automation Production Line Advanced Technology combines Automation and Robotic Technologies with Polyurethane Foaming to produce items, including automotive seat foams. Automation and Robotic Technology incorporate a two-component high-pressure Polyurethane Foaming System, automatic pouring robotic arms, mould release agent spray robotics, ring-type conveyor systems, and mould frame assemblies.
High-pressure fuelling systems consist of a polyether polyol tank (POLY.) and a polyisocyanate tank (ISO.). Two independent variables, frequency-motor-driven metering units control output flow via speed adjustments on high-pressure metering pumps and are designed with open- and closed-loop control systems. These systems are purpose-built for high-throughput production and engineered for the accuracy, control, and repeatability of polyurethane moulded foam foaming.
