High-Efficiency Multilayer Hot Press Machine for Polyurethane Sandwich Panel Production

The JHC Series is a state-of-the-art polyurethane sandwich panel discontinuous production system that integrates multilayer hot-press machines. The system produces foam, which is injected into layers of board, which are subsequently heated and cured in place. The process is discontinuous, highly efficient, and best suited to the production of polyurethane sandwich panels, which are frequently used in the construction of cold storage rooms and other buildings that require high-performance insulation. While smaller in stature and operating with less input than continuous production lines and 2+2 hot press machines, Series JHC remains highly reliable.

How It Works:

The JHC Series is manufactured using a discontinuous foam-injection, heating, and curing process. In foam injection, a polyurethane foam is injected into each board layer, one at a time, on-site, ensuring even distribution throughout the board and efficient use of the proper material.\par

During heating and curing, the foam-filled layers are heated with a carrier plate to allow the polyurethane to effectively cure and bond, forming a strong, durable composite.

The process is synchronized using a rack-and-pinion system. This system allows the carrier plate to descend freely and evenly, ensuring that sufficient pressure is applied to each layer and that the final product is of uniform quality throughout. \par

The advanced electrical and hydraulic systems of the production line control the opening, closing, and heating of the laminator to ensure smooth production. The entire production process is automated, enabling the manufacturing of composite panels with a high degree of insulation and internal strength. Because of these insulating properties, the panels are well-suited for use in the walls of cold storage rooms and throughout high-insulation buildings.
