FCS - Fiber Composite Spraying | Innovative Composite Technology
Provide You with FCS Solutions
Over two decades of experience, we offer high precision and flexibility in our FCS (Fibre Composite Spraying) method. We specialise in the production of fibre-reinforced polyurethane components. We cater to small-batch output with large, high-flexural-resistance parts.
Reliable China Polyurethane Equipment Manufacturer
Zhejiang Henghui Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 and has since become a leading company in the FCS equipment manufacturing industry. For FCS, we implemented a modular layout, two- and multi-component mixing heads, coaxial spraying, and a fibre-optimised design to achieve greater flexibility. We are also ISO 9001:2000 certified and manufacture more than 100 polyurethane machines. Out of the 2,500 machines we deployed, we delivered complete production solutions to all our clients. We are also a global cross-industry.

FCS System
Advanced Fibre Composite Spraying Solutions
The Fibre Composite Spraying System achieves versatility and efficiency when creating fibre-reinforced polyurethane units. The system uses modules and multi-component mixing heads to spray polyurethane in layers, enabling optimised fibre wetting and greater production flexibility. This process is best suited for small to medium-volume runs of large, high-flexural-resistance, and visible parts, making it an affordable and dependable option for numerous markets.
How It Works
The FCS process starts with a fibre and polyurethane coaxial spray from the same head. The fibres can be in coils, be truncated to predetermined lengths, or pre-treated as fibre segments. This process is now more straightforward, as the countersunk layers can be easily merged in a mould, eliminating the need for mould retainers and lowering costs. The multi-layer construction of the beams provides greater rigidity and strength, making the process suitable for demanding applications.
Key Features and Benefits:
Unlike traditional methods, the FCS System employs advanced spraying technologies and modular designs, ensuring optimal fiber wetting and production flexibility. This design offers several key advantages:
Economical Production
Suitable for small batches and large parts, reducing production costs.
Simple Process
Can be combined with in-mold painting (IMP) for added efficiency.
High Flexibility
Modularized design and multi-component mixing heads allow for versatile production.
Enhanced Rigidity
Multi-layer construction ensures high strength and flexural resistance.
Low Investment Costs
Simple molds eliminate the need for expensive mold holders.
Improved Material Utilization
Coaxial spraying ensures precise application, minimizing material waste and enhancing overall efficiency.
