The N Series uses a high-pressure hydraulic energy system to provide effective and consistent foaming results.
Initially, polyol and isocyanate, the foam components, are stored into compact tanks which match the machine’s floor area. Via precision metering pumps, measured amounts of the components are transferred to the mixing chamber.
In the mixing chamber, high-pressure hydraulics provide the energy required to foam. The process is energy intensive, resulting in a high-quality, consistent foam. Unlike other systems, lower-quality foam is created as there is less overall foaming of raw materials during the process.
