The PUG Series Polyurethane Block Foam Foaming Machine is a great machine for producing foam blocks. This machine includes accurate marking systems and fast mixing technology, and offers great foam quality, and meets performance standards. Its unique design incorporates both open and closed controls, making it a great machine for different production needs.
How It Works:
The PUG Series uses a multi-tank system consisting of two polyether polyol tanks (A1/A2), a polyisocyanate tank (B), and a catalyst tank (C). Each metering unit is operated by an independent, fluctuating-speed motor that changes when it meets a predetermined control goal.
As the system proceeds, a control system will sequentially discharge the contents of each tank into a mixing tank. The system will then extract polyol from the tanks via one of the order systems, mix it with polyisocyanate B, and then add catalyst C for fast, high-turbulence mixing. The tank will open, the contents will pour into the foaming box, and they will expand. The system design ensures high efficiency and complete control of the end product.
