This machine is tuned for handling even the most intricate designs with the utmost efficiency, as it helps you to make seamless end cover filters using the most up to date techniques in modern manufacturing using linear CNC robots along with swiveling workbenches.
How It Works:
The JHB20/30 Series, first, begins with constituent two-part polyurethane systems. Both components are stored in temperature–controlled vats to preserve the desired qualities. Each of the components is then drawn and mixed using a precision pump with a modern advanced, clog-free impeller and a new-generation mixing head to ensure a well homogeneous mixture.
The mixed materials are deposited into shapes in a CNC programmed workbench which can handle shapes of circular, square or even complex geometries. End covers are made in a closed die with a heat-generated and chemically-induced reaction to the polyurethane system. Protective CNC linear robots fetch from the work cell to create better precision in end cover placement. On site Programmable Logic Control ( PLC ) systems create a springboard from which end users can monitor in real-time with marginally lower costs in an entirely water-based cleaning system to maximize green technologies.
